3. No guarantee of results

Credit repair outcomes depend on the accuracy of your credit file, the responses of creditors and credit bureaus, and factors outside our control. JROJAS LLC does not and cannot guarantee that any specific item will be removed, corrected, or changed, or that your credit score will increase by any amount or within any timeframe. • A credit repair organization cannot charge you until it has fully performed the services it promised.
• You have the right to cancel your contract with a credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it, without any penalty or obligation.
• Credit repair organizations cannot perform any services until you have signed a written contract and any applicable waiting period has ended.
• No credit repair organization can guarantee it will be able to remove accurate, timely, and verifiable information from your credit report.
